Originally built in 1910 as the St. George Hotel, the new Central District office space is now home to Workhouse Creative.
Working closely with the client, we redesigned the first and second floors, originally the hotel lobby and basement speakeasy during the height of the Seattle Jazz scene and prohibition, to support video content creation and editing.
